Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je\u0161t\u011b se to mus\u00ed cvi\u010dit opravdu pravideln\u011b, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e to budete cvi\u010dit jednou za uher\u00e1k, jak se lidov\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, tak to potom nebude m\u00edt v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd smysl, tak\u017ee doporu\u010duji, aby se t\u0159eba cvi\u010dili v n\u011bjak\u00e9 t\u011blocvi\u010dn\u011b, kde v\u00e1s to donut\u00ed.
